For us food is more than sustenance, it’s the beginning and end for disease management, cognitive function, allergies, digestive health and gut issues, environmental concerns, weight management and can contribute to reducing stress & anxiety.

Our personalised diet plan option is made for you according to your health goals and concerns and includes or daily yoga classes, nature activities and spa services.

From €160 / person / day ( room fees are not included and charged separately).

    This program embraces whole, nutrient-dense plant based ingredients while still honouring the myriad of benefits of a cleanse.

    Includes slow pressed juices (80% vegetable based & 20% fruit based), nutrient balancing soups, varied raw salads. (excludes caffeine, sugar, gluten & dairy).

    Include supplements, superfoods and fermented foods.

    This programme includes nutrient-dense, plant-based foods while restricting calories and certain macronutrients to emulate the metabolic effects of fasting and promote cellular rejuvenation and metabolic health.

    The menu includes organic plant-based foods that are low in protein and carbohydrates but rich in healthy fats and micronutrients and might provide around 800-1100 calories per day.
