Hey I’m Sini, RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, traveller and nature lover. Personally I’ve gotten lots of help from yoga mentally and physically and I want to share this wisdom of holistic wellness for others. I teach mainly flow type of yoga: from calmer hatha flow to more dynamic and powerful vinyasa.
I also like to combine some yoga styles, like yin yoga and hatha, but also pranayama techniques to classes to connect fully with breath.
